Where is your wedding reception?

The wedding reception is at the Elbert County Fairgrounds in Kiowa, CO. We will be celebrating in the Exhibit Hall Building! This is the big, white building at the southeast side of the fairgrounds. There will be plenty of parking available.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

We are not allowing additional plus ones to our wedding, besides those named on the RSVP, as we would like to keep the guest list limited to those who know us well. We appreciate your understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Yes please, all young children are welcome! Please let us know how many young children you will be bringing when you RSVP.

Where should I bring/send your wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift you could give us! If you would like to gift something to us, you can ship it directly to the address on the registry or bring it to the wedding reception. We will also have a physical card box at the wedding reception.

How do I know if I am invited the wedding ceremony?

Only close family and the bridal party will attend the ceremony. When you look up your invitation, there will be a separate RSVP for those invited to the ceremony.

WHAT ARE THE CHURCH GUIDELINES FOR THOSE ATTENDING THE CEREMONY?


Overview: The ceremony will start at 10 a.m. Guests are asked to be inside the church and seated prior to 9:50 a.m. The ceremony will last approximately 2-3 hours.


Dress Code: For men and women, formal, modest dress code. For women, think short or long sleeve, mid length to longer length dresses and skirts. If you are unsure about your dress, please wear a light sweater over! For men, think suits or jeans/slacks with a dress shirt.


Veils: In respect for the chapel, women are asked to wear veils while inside the church. For all of those who do not already have veils, we will have plenty of extra and you do not need to buy one.


Children: Those with young children who cannot stay quiet are asked to utilize the cry room. The ceremony will be live-streamed to a TV within the cry room.


Seating & Kneeling: Guests are not required to kneel, you may remain seated.
